WINES - RED WINES
It is produced using a selection of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The two grapes are blended in perfect harmony (Bordeaux technique) to elevate the characteristics of the individual variety of grapes. The wine is aged in prestigious oak barrels for a few months and subsequently aged in a bottle
Ruby red, turning to garnet with aging.
Intense bouquet with hints of vanilla and morello cherry. A harmonious, persistent well balanced flavour with a pleasantly tannic finish.
Harmonic, persistent, well structured and pleasantly tannic taste.
Ideal with strongly flavoured meat dishes, including game, and semi-mature to very mature cheese.
