Sparkling wine produced from Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 grapes; produced using the traditional CLASSIC METHOD of second fermentation in the bottle, with aging in contact with yeast for 24 months.

COLOUR

Pale straw yellow colour with sparkling reflections.

SCENT

Mature and elegant with hints of crusty bread, yeast, acacia honey and vanilla.

FLAVOUR

Its creamy foam makes the wine elegant and its evolution gives the characteristics of excellence which leads it to a wine of great class.

TASTING TEMPERATURE

6° - 8°.

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal accompaniment to shellfish and fish dishes.
