Produced from Pinot marc in a steam-heated, copper batch distillery.
COLOUR
Clear and crystalline.
SCENT
A slight hint of green shoots, followed by hints of natural fruit such as Golden Delicious apples and a touch of hazelnut and cooked pear.
FLAVOUR
That hint of fruit clearly returns, in particular ripe apple and cooked pear, with a very subtle and sweet roundness to the palate. Its finish is a pleasant sensation of warmth.
